Con materiales que encuentra en el área de reciclaje de su edificio arma una hermosa cometa que llama la atención de un hombre que dirige una tienda de artículos reciclados que ¡quiere vender las cometas de Francisco en su tienda! Pero, ¿puede realmente Francisco encontrar suficiente material para hacerlos? ¿Y será capaz de entregarlas a tiempo? Francisco misses his home and his friends from El Salvador. He wants to fly a kite like he used to, but his mother can't buy him one. With materials that he finds in the recycling area of the building, he builds a beautiful kite that attracts the attention of a man who runs a recycled goods store who wants to sell Francisco's kites in his store! But can Francisco really find enough material to make them? And will he be able to deliver them on time?
